Fun drinks and good coffee are taking Redlands Coast by storm. We know that the highlight of our week is whenever we can pick up our next fun drink - anyone else?

Well, we have put together our top picks to help you find for your next fix! And there is no shortage of good coffee, so strap in.

Coffee on Point
Wellington Point

The girls at COP will tell you that you simply MUST try their Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, and we can personally vouch for the cold brew with Pistachio Cold Foam! The coffee is definitely ‘on point’.

mellogrounds
Cleveland

Their motto is “specialty coffee, you’ll come back for” and we couldn’t agree more. Recently opened in January, this café has quickly become a local community hotspot, serving Single O coffee alongside smoothies, matcha, acai and a small but carefully curated brekky menu. What has really got the community excited is their weekly drink specials. Recent favourites include the Jaffa Mont Blanc, White Chocolate Ube Iced Latte and Snickers Iced Latte. Just when you think the new weekly special couldn’t get any better than the last, the team at mellogrounds always seem to prove us wrong.

IndigiScapes
Capalaba

A hidden gem serving up quality DHC coffee, IndigiScapes has  also hopped on the cold foam bandwagon, whipping up flavours like Biscoff, Rose and Milo to name a few. A bonus is their location, nestled in 14.5 hectares of native bushland with three bush trails to explore. Did someone say scenic walk and sweet treat?

Blip Espresso
Redland Bay

Kinder Bueno Iced Latte, Blueberry Matcha Float, Smores Iced Cocoa – need we say more? This hole-in-the-wall coffee shop specialises in fun drinks. Located within the Shoreline Estate, Blip deserves a spot on every fun-drinks bucket list.

The Mailman
Alexandra Hills

The Mailman pours ONA coffee, paired beautifully with their all-day brunch menu. Their Golden Gaytime Iced Latte was such a crowd pleaser, the team have just had to add it to their menu permanently, so you know you can always get yourself a fun drink here.

Jetty Coffee Co
Redland Bay

A little waterside kiosk, Jetty Coffee Co are open bright and early to provide you with your coffee fix! They offer regular cold foam specials with some recents’ being Salted Caramel Lindt Ice Latte, Honeycomb Crumble, Nutella Iced Mocha – yum! Do as the locals do and take a wander along the nearby Jack Gordon Pathway because coffee always tastes better with a view.

Crabby Coffee Co
Cleveland

Crabby Coffee Co roasts their own small-batch specialty coffee beans with two house blends. We love that they have options for everyone, including Tigernut Milk – a creamy, dairy, gluten, soy and nut free milk. They’re not just coffee enthusiasts, but have a range of boutique drinks, including their Sparkling Refreshers range, sure to quench any thirst.

Citron Bayside
Wellington Point

Citron Bayside brings a taste of the Mediterranean to its carefully curated drinks menu. Using locally grown coffee from a Brisbane coffee farm, they focus on quality over quantity, offering seasonal specials that have been thoughtfully created rather than weekly specials. Other must-try drinks include their signature cocktail, the Citron Meringue or their ceremonial Japanese Matcha.

Pick up your coffee direct from the roastery. Vanilla, caramel and hazelnut cold foam are available all year round plus they have monthly cold foam specials - their flavours are unmatched! These guys are happy to play wacky scientists experimenting with flavours and taking custom drink requests.
