Redland City Council’s international relations are strengthened through established sister city and friendship city partnerships that support economic cooperation and cultural exchange. These relationships create opportunities for meaningful collaboration that deliver positive outcomes for the local community and business sector.

Current partnerships include Qinhuangdao and Wuchuan City in China, Yongin in South Korea, and Kani City in Japan.
