Jack-o'-lantern Cake Class. You'll learn to shape and layer your cake, then mask it with ganache, before covering with fondant, adding texture, and finishing it off using the airbrush to add colour, shade, and dimension. One side of the pumpkin will be sweet, the other spoooky! This is a smaller than usual class so book early to avoid missing out.
