Step back in time and try your hand at a craft once used to create beautifully detailed leather goods.

This hands‑on workshop introduces participants to the foundational techniques of decorative leather tooling. Attendees will create a choice of glasses case, purse or valet tray and key ring while learning how to apply stamping tools to produce both simple and intricate designs with confidence.

The workshop covers introduction to creative tooling on natural vegetable-tanned leather, correct use and positioning of stamping tools, techniques for creating clean designs within borders, exploring how one tool can create multiple pattern effects, and completing a leather valet tray and key ring using learned techniques.

Ticket Includes entry to the Museum to explore fascinating exhibits is included. Booking fees apply.
