The Historical Lighthouse Tour (by Kayak) starts from the shallows of Raby Bay Beach on the Redlands Coast Cleveland Bay was a busy little port ferrying the produce of the market gardens and farms into Brisbane, 19th century the Lighthouse kept the boats safe from the shifting sands of the bay. Viewing the only remaining unique Hexagon shaped timber lighthouse in Moreton Bay is the icing on the cake after paddling over the sea grass beds and coral of the bay. But a favourite experience is glimpsing a Turtle, Dolphin or a Dugong, the sea grass beds are their favourite. This tour is suitable for beginners, intermediate and experienced individuals, couples, families and small groups. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure for fitting of safety gear, safety briefing and instruction. Departing from the beach, and offering help getting in and out of the kayaks.
